The Web is the worst place to search for answers regarding the heart. There is no quick answer to fix the problems of the heart. It is only through patience and emotional support from friends and a lot of time, that will guarantee our survival of the heart.

You can cry your heart out on web and watch the others doing the same. Love has various hues and colors, your love cannot be the same as others. So what you said is right, heal yourself.
